Some of the refurbished products may have slight signs of wear, which will not affect the normal functionality of the machine. Return requests for such reasons will not be entertained.

If the refurbished machine you purchased is missing accessories, or some parts are unavailable, please contact us and we will send you new accessories after receiving your feedback.

After-sales Regulations for Refurbished Machines

Note: This machine is a refurbished machine. Each refurbished machine has traces of use. This is an inevitable situation. If you mind, you can buy a brand new machine.

1. No returns or refunds will be accepted for refurbished machines unless there are special circumstances.
Special circumstances such as:
①If we do not ship within 5 days after you place an order (except domestic and foreign holidays) or do not have a logistics order number, you can apply for a return and refund,
②If the logistics problem causes the loss of parts, or the machine is damaged and cannot be used by logistics, you can apply for a return and refund,
③ If the refurbished machine is temporarily out of stock and you do not want to wait, you can apply for a return and refund.

2. We promise to let you receive a refurbished machine that can be used. If you receive the machine and assemble it and find that the machine is faulty and cannot be used, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send new accessories from the 0verseas warehouse for you to replace for your use. If the accessories in the 0verseas warehouse are insufficient, we will send them from China.

3. Refurbished machines only have 15 days of after-sales channels, and the warranty channels will be closed after 15 days.
① Please check the machine within 7 days after receiving it to check whether the machine is usable or missing accessories. If the accessories are missing after 7 days, they will not be sent free of charge.
② The refurbished machine will no longer be free of charge after 15 days from the date of receipt, but technical questions and machine usage instructions will still be provided.
③ In special circumstances, we will extend your warranty period. For example, if you assemble the machine immediately after receiving it, but find a fault and cannot use it, we will send you new accessories, and the warranty period will be calculated from the time you sign for the accessories.

4. Refurbished machines generally do not support exchanges. If you are not used to the appearance of the refurbished machine you received and want to exchange it, you need to do so within 7 days of receiving the goods, and you need to pay the shipping cost of the exchange and the shipping cost of the machine.Please note that the exchanged machine is still a refurbished machine.
